Hello, I am writing an article about test driving the best mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs on the UK market, the funkiest, the off-roaders etc

If you know of suppilers or can recommend a particular make / model? Please respond.

I was diagnosed with RA in 2009, 3 years later I'm facing my first joint replacement. It has been very aggressive and uncontrollable.

I now need to invest in a scooter or wheelchair as we are not entitled to financial help until we need one in our own homes. So I am juggling my health with a full time university degree. To save energy I need to source and purchase a scooter of my own and write a feature article for sub editing module :) I am studying a BA Hons in Journalism as a mature disabled student. Two birds with one stone!

Friends of NRAS must have a wealth of experience and information in this area, any advice or recommendations you can give will be very welcome.
